These SMS / Texting Terms govern the text-message program operated by Copper Hare LLC (“Copper Hare,” “we,” “us”). They supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

If you give us your mobile number and consent, Copper Hare may send you text messages related to recruiting and staffing — for example, role and project opportunities, interview scheduling, status updates, and account or service messages.

2. Your consent

By providing your mobile number to Copper Hare and opting in (for example, by telling a recruiter you consent, or by checking a consent box), you agree to receive recurring calls and text messages from or on behalf of Copper Hare at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice where applicable. Consent is not a condition of purchase, service, placement, or employment. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number you provide.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the opportunities available.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan. Copper Hare does not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

5. Opt out and help

• To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and we will not send further marketing texts to that number.

6. Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

7. Privacy

Information you provide in connection with this program is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Phone numbers obtained for texting are used only as described here.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted with a new “Last updated” date.
